Personalization
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate instructions. For products requiring a photo, email it to cozysweethomeca15@gmail.com and include your order number.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Production
Personalized items are made according to the information provided by the customer. Colors may vary slightly due to screens, materials, and printing processes.
Shipping
Production and transit times are estimates. Delays can occur because of carriers, peak seasons, customs, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Personalized items and returns
Items made to your specifications are generally not eligible for return due to a change of mind. This does not limit your rights if an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.
